like, why do i love her so much? 

• she’s extremely talented. like, out of this world talented. when she takes on a role, she becomes that role. it’s not watching jessica chastain play a role- it’s watching that role come to life. fun story: my parents asked me who she was, and i listed off a few of her movies. my dad turns to me and says “we’ve seen all of those … who was she?” and i tell her what roles she played and they had no fucking clue it was the same actress. my dad says “well damn she’s good”.
• she’s so fucking humble. not in a “ommmg i have no idea why ppl like me!” like, she just IS humble. you can tell she does this just because her passion is for acting, and everything else is sort of side work for her. 
• she’s such a sweet person. seeing her honest reactions when others win awards, seeing how she stands back and has love radiating in her eyes when her cast mates answer questions, and seeing how she is with her fans is so heart warming. she makes sure to take time out to actually talk to her fans, get to know them, because she truly does care.
• she’s just an all around good person? she’s a huge feminist but not because she keeps telling us she is- she just is. from the way she answers interview questions, to the way she speaks up and speaks her damn mind about things because she truly believes in equality … it’s lovely.
• she’s breathtaking to look at. when she’s in a movie role, or just walking down the damn street. that’s just me being shallow but she is. she’s straight up got that classic hollywood glow about her that is just so? much to look at? she’s just too much sometimes. 
• she’s a vegan but she’s not rude about it? she just is a vegan because she believes in that idk it’s just cute how she just is and doesn’t make people feel bad about not being.
• SHE’s JUST A GOOD FUCKING PERSON WHO IS ALSO GREAT AT ACTING.
