realize what issues of yours are self-inflicted because sometimes we get so used to telling ourselves itll never work and that there is no point in being hopeful that we come to accept that as our reality when really that’s just a mentality we’ve adopted for far too long. positive thinking not only helps your mood but helps you get shit DONE!!!!!! sitting around feeling sorry for yourself is understandable but only for a certain period of time before you become the only person holding yourself back by pitying yourself when it’s like….you arent dead…..you can achieve so much if you actually TRY
