im sorry to hear that, i know what a struggle it can be 
for me im in a constant argument with myself on whether i have a reason to be angry or is it just my brain being a dick and unreasonable, but ending up just as upset in either case. anyway im here if you ever need anyone to chat, hope you feel better too x
