Hello my name is Zoë (Erica) I am a African American/Hispanic 24 year old female, old the reason I am making this is because I am in desperate need of Medical Treatment for drug usage and drug overdoes. On 21/9/2017 I tried once again to commit suicide by taking a lot of my prescribed medication. I was diagnosed with SPS (Stiff Person Syndrome) in 2014 and because of this extremely rare disease I am a lot of medication for it (Those are some of the pills I took in effort to try and take my life) I am also depressed and suffer from a form of PTSD cause of the amount of time I was in the hospital from (late 2013 to mid 2014) I need this treatment to help me with dealing with my drug use and also to help me with my depression with dose not help me and my urge to want to commit suicide. This treatment will cost me a total of $4,000 the treatment facility does not take my insurance that is why I asking for your help to raise $2,000 I have the other $2,000 available in my bank account. I don’t want to ask my family for the other $2,000 because once they figure out I tried to take life again they will tr to put me in another hospital which will not help me. Update I have until October 25th to fill out all the papers get my bags packed up and shipped to the treatment facility I’ve gotten $40 so far. This treatment facility is equipped for me I have 2 rods in my back (Spinal Fusion Surgery) this place is set up almost like nursing home in a way I’ll have my own room (no roommate) my own bathroom. Unlike other places that I was put in a hospital with a nursing staff that doesn’t care, a room with another person, dirty areas, etc. If I don’t raise enough money then I will have missed my opened spot and I wont be able to do the 3 week in patient therapy and help starting November 5. Update: My roommates who I live with have given me 1,100 dollars of their own money combined to help me so I dropped the amount I need to to $900.
