My biggest fear is being misinterpreted because I’m very particular about the way that I come across, and I have been since day one in the industry. Every label meeting I’ve ever taken, I’ve been extremely particular about making sure that I’m not misinterpreted and that my intentions aren’t misunderstood…that people really understand what my vision is and that what I say is authentic. I want people to give me a chance to explain myself, or to prove myself so they can understand me. That’s going to be my biggest obstacle because this industry is full of premeditated judgments.
